Die Verbände des nordwestdeutschen Tischlerhandwerks und die IG Metall einigen sich im September 2024 auf einen neuen Entgelttarifvertrag

Der Tarifvertrag läuft vom 1. Dezember 2024 bis zum 30. November 2026. Im Tarifgebiet des nordwestdeutschen Tischlerhandwerks sind insgesamt rund 80.000 Beschäftigte tätig.

Entgelterhöhung:  Die tariflichen Entgelte erhöhen sich ab dem 1. Februar 2025 um 3,0 Prozent und ab dem 1. Februar 2026 um weitere 2,4 Prozent.

Ausbildungsvergütung: Die Ausbildungsvergütungen erhöhen sich ab dem 1. Februar 2025 jeweils um 70 Euro – im 1. Lehrjahr auf 810 Euro, im 2. Lehrjahr auf 940 Euro und im 3. Lehrjahr auf 1.070 Euro. Zum 1. Februar 2026 erfolgt eine weitere Erhöhung um jeweils 60 Euro – im 1. Lehrjahr auf 870 Euro, im 2. Lehrjahr auf 1.000 Euro und im 3. Lehrjahr auf 1.130 Euro.

Urlaubsanspruch: Ab den 01.01.2025 erhalten Beschäftigte dauerhaft einen zusätzlichen Urlaubsanspruch pro Jahr - damit gibt es künftig bis zu 31 Urlaubstage.
